All orders are shipped at the lowest possible true cost based on weight or volume and can be as low as £3.95 P&P on small orders.

Small orders received before midday are dispatched by us first class Royal Mail. With the postal service the way it is, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Larger orders are dispatched by Night Freight for next day delivery.
If you require guaranteed next day delivery via Night Freight, please call the office, orders must be placed before 12.00 noon and cost £7.50.
If you are outside of the UK mainland, please contact the office for shipping rates.
No extra charges are made for the use of credit cards with the exception of American Express where a discretionary charge of 2% may be taken dependent on the value of the order.
All discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization in writing.
