What Laboratory coat or Coverall is best for my needs?
Laboratory coats and coveralls are supplied in three different materials.

Spunbond polypropylene is a low cost durable material which offers basic protection, it has a level of transparency. Because the material is spun it has a degree of breath ability. It can be worn several times or until it becomes dirty and then can be sent for recycling. It is supplied as standard in a weight of 40 gms, other weights can be supplied to special order.

Spunbond/meltblown/spunbond [SMS laminate] is as the name suggests a laminate of 3 materials and is not transparent. These 3 layers make the material much stronger and gives a far smarter appearance similar to a poly cotton garment. This material also has a degree of breathablity and resists penetration by non hazardous liquids. It can be worn many times or until it becomes dirty and then can be sent for recycling. It is supplied as standard in a weight of 60 gms, other weights can be supplied to special order.

ShieldOut is a superior breathable liquid resist micro porous product and is not transparent. It is designed not to cause sweating and will resist the penetration of many different non hazardous liquids. The material is much stronger and gives a far smarter appearance similar to a poly cotton garment. It can be worn many times or until it becomes dirty and then can be sent for recycling. It is supplied as standard in a weight of 50 gms, other weights can be supplied to special order.
